Master Halco is a company that specializes in fence manufacturing and distribution. I worked at Master Halco Corporate as the HR Representative. It is a company that is about 400 employees large that spread across the nation as well as Canada. My primary duties was to act as the liaison for the corporate managers and the distribution center managers to use our applicant tracking system, ICIMS.
